What happens if my order arrives damaged?
I'm packaging my orders as securely as I believe necessary, but bear with me as I learn what works and what doesn't. If you receive your order and notice there is damage please let me know! Take a picture and either email it, text it, or send me a message via my Contact page. I will work with you to make it right!
How are your commissions and original prices calculated?
Commission pricing may vary depending on the terms of the project and what you are looking for. See my Commission Policy page for more indepth information. But as a general guideline this is what I use to calculate my prices:
Smaller pieces are calculated by square inch with an artist rate of around 0.8-1. For example, a 5x7 piece will be around $30 to $35 (before shipping).
Larger pieces are calculated by linear inch with an artist rate of around 4.5-5. For example, a 11x14 piece would be around $115 to $125 (before shipping).
I still somewhat follow this pricing for original pieces, but they are original pieces made from my heart so some may be at a higher price point based on how willing I am to part with it!
Does my order include a frame?
A frame is not included in any order. However, in the future I'm hoping to be able to include the option for framing for originals and commissioned pieces.
How much is shipping?
I have a flat rate for shipping based on the largest item in your order. These rates are subject to change as I learn more about shipping rates in the US.
Sticker and sticker sets = $2
Greeting cards and small greeting card sets = $3
Large greeting card sets and small prints/originals = $6
Large prints and large originials = $10

Where do you ship?
Currently just within the United States. I hope to expand to ship internationally in the future!
